ASTRO 2010 is the 15th in the series of Astronautics conferences that the Canadian Aeronautics and Space Institute holds every two years. ASTRO 2010 will take place May 4-6, 2010 at the Westin Bristol Place Toronto Airport Hotel in Toronto. The theme of the conference is CANADA'S FUTURE IN SPACE — A MISSION IN COLLABORATION with an emphasis on space activities in support of a safer world, a healthier planet and a stronger economy.

CASI Members
You must provide your CASI Membership Number on the Registration Form, and your CASI Membership must be in good standing, to qualify for Member registration fees.
Non-Members of CASI
Registering as a non-Member entitles you to apply for a complimentary CASI Membership for the period May 1 to December 31, 2010. Membership applications will be reviewed by CASI Headquarters to ensure that required criteria are met before your application is approved. Details on membership, as well as Membership Application Forms and Benefits of Membership may be found on our website www.casi.ca.
Membership applications, which reference your ASTRO’10 registration, are valid for 2010 only. Kindly submit your completed CASI Membership Application when you register for the conference.
Seniors
You must be 65 years old and over, or 55 years old and over AND fully retired.
Students
You will be asked to present your valid Student ID when you register at the Conference.
VOLUNTEERS — Students may volunteer to assist with ASTRO’10 in return for complimentary registration. CASI Student Members have first choice of these openings. Contact CASI HQ for more info!

Payment
Payment by credit card, cheque or money order, or cash (on-site only) must accompany your completed Registration Form.
Registrations received without payment will not be processed. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
Receipts will be issued via e-mail in PDF format once payment has been processed.
Transfer, cancellation and refund policy
Registrations are transferable only with the express written consent of the original registrant.
Requests for a refund received at CASI HQ up to and including Sunday April 18 will be honoured (less a $50 admin fee).
Requests for a refund received at CASI HQ on or after Monday April 19 will be declined.
If you fail to attend the conference and did not cancel your registration on or before Sunday April 18, no refund will be issued.
Meals
Due to the advance notice required to confirm meals served at the conference, CASI cannot guarantee to delegates who register late or on-site a seat at any meal, or the meal of choice, during the Conference.
Special needs
Please be sure to indicate any special needs or concerns regarding location accessibility, dietary restrictions etc on the Registration Form. If you wish, you may list them on a separate page attached to your registration.
